THE PUNK ROD is a two stringed instrument, generally tuned to a either perfect 4th or a perfect 5th interval, for ease of playing. Since the instrument is very simple, so is the pricing.
All punkrod 25.5" scale models are $160.00 plus shipping.
Popular models include SG Rod, Les Rod, Explorer and V-Rods. The pickups are EMG style humbuckers.
More complex models will incur an upcharge for additional intricacy--For example, the addition of special attachments, rattle canning, woodburning or extensive scrollsaw work. this additional cost will be determined at the time of price quote.

TOUCHSTYLE instruments have a 34" scale, with 8,10 or 12 strings, and 24 frets. Two EMG style humbucker pickups send bass and treble signals to 2 mono output jacks. The wood description offered in the earlier manifesto doesn't apply to these guitars. High quality hardwoods including mahogany, maple, walnut and occasionally oak form the neck and body of these tapping beauties. A rubbed oil finish brings out the rich grain of these contrasting woods.
Since all touchstyle instruments are neck-thru, any body style is available at no additional cost (you can even suggest a body shape of your own).
Photos of all progress are sent to the buyer to document the birth of the instrument.
